LBTC is a community-run, open-source Proof-of-Work blockchain and a suite of self-custodial applications — a native wallet, staking, a memecoin platform, an NFT marketplace, RWA fractionalization, and a two-way bridge to Arbitrum. It is not a company, not a security, and not a regulated financial product.
All software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You interact with the LBTC chain, the bridge, and the applications entirely at your own risk. Testnet funds have no monetary value. Mainnet launches on October 1, 2026.
Nothing on latebitcoiners.com constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. LBTC has no premine, no VC backing, and no guaranteed return. Staking yield is a target, not a promise, and depends entirely on real application-layer revenue. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys, seed phrase, and encrypted wallet file. LBTC operators cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions, or freeze addresses. There is no customer support that can undo a confirmed on-chain action.
The two-way bridge to Arbitrum is currently operated by a trusted relayer. During testnet and the initial mainnet period, a single operator holds the vault keys. Migration to a 3-of-5 multisig is planned. Bridges carry inherent technical and operational risk.
Real-World Asset (RWA) fractions represent claims registered on-chain and certified by the LBTC Genesis Fund. Certification is not a financial audit or a legal guarantee. Physical asset custody, insurance, and redemption are handled by third parties and are outside LBTC's control.
latebitcoiners.com does not collect personal data. We do not run ads, trackers, or analytics beyond basic server logs. Your wallet address, transactions, and staking history are public on-chain data. See the explorer for anything you want to verify.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site or the chain after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
LBTC has no formal team, no foundation, and no legal entity. It is a decentralized software project maintained by volunteers. Disputes are resolved by on-chain governance, not by courts.
